Thousands of generations of religious doomsday brainwashing has surely made ‘the end of the world is nigh’ a part of our DNA coding by now.

It requires effort to break away from ‘sheople’ mentality, to think for oneself, and to not only recognize one’s own sovereignty, but to admit it, rather than swallow the pig swill of and folly of fables.

The Jehovah’s Witnesses, too, have quite a ‘stellar’ record for failed doomsday prophecies, dating back to the 1800′s. And so the idiocy continues.

I do love New Zealand’s response to the whole thing: “The world has not ended. Sincerely, New Zealand”.
